Windsor Terrace, Design-Build Renovation

During this partial renovation of a 1,650 sq. ft., three bed, two-and-a-half bath townhouse in Windsor Terrace, the homeowners prioritized a kitchen and in-place bathroom renovation with partial layout reconfiguration and cosmetic updates. This home had been renovated in the past to a very low standard, and the homeowners wanted to improve its overall quality and better suit their family. On the second floor of the home, a wall with pocket door partition was added to join the children’ rooms together but allow for privacy. The kids’ bathroom was also renovated. In the master suite, the homeowners reconfigured the layout to add storage, and renovated the bathroom. In the kitchen, the homeowners added cabinet space, new appliances, a powder room, and an island where the family can gather.
