Our homeowner is a registered architect. She reached out to Bolster with her own plans already in place, but didn't have the insurance that her 800 sq. ft. pre-war co-op required for her renovation. The Agile x Bolster model was perfect for her needs: The homeowner wanted another set of eyes to review her plans and suggest revisions before filing with the DOB and starting construction.  

In addition to renovating the bathroom and kitchen, the homeowners wanted to replace all windows and the fire escape door, as well as some wood flooring and cabinetry.

The homeowner respected this extraordinary art deco apartment in the heart of the Upper West Side and added onto it by choosing extremely tasteful tiles that speak to the wider architectural language of the building. In particular, we love the marble and ceramic hand-made kitchen tile ($300 psf) which was her must-have centerpiece.
