Upper West Side, Design-Build Renovation

Our Upper West Side homeowners sought to lift up their W. 111th Street pre-war apartment with modern upgrades and contemporary charm. The work included necessary mechanical upgrades such as new electrical and plumbing, coupled with beautiful finishing touches such as herringbone floors, excellent choice of lighting fixtures and stone finishes, and custom millwork throughout the home.

Their home touches on many chic 2023 trends, including black & white and a spa-like bathroom. Having a small space doesn’t mean you can’t have the soaking clawfoot bathtub of your dreams!
