Cosmetic combination of a 1,176 sq. ft. two-bed, two-bath apartment with an estate condition studio in a classic Art Deco building. We decommissioned one kitchen and broke through a wall to connect both apartments. The floors were refinished and the apartment received a fresh coat of paint throughout.
