Gut renovation and combination of a 1,750 sq. ft., three-bed, three-bath contemporary condo. The project involved expanding the footprint into the hallway of the building to improve access to the apartment. The combination resulted in two wings: one for the children and one for the adults, which includes the main living space. We installed a custom kitchen and custom millwork throughout the home.
