Park Slope, Design-Build Renovation

This 4,000 sq. ft., 20-foot-wide townhouse, constructed in 1899, sat vacant for years before our homeowners bought it in 2019. Originally used as a two-family home, it required a full gut renovation to bring it up to compliance and to better suit the needs of this young family.

Our homeowners prioritized significant and necessary infrastructure updates (including asbestos abatement, electrical, and HVAC); as well as new windows, re-leveled floors, a modern kitchen and sunroom, and a new basement. The home also features passive house strategies.
