Morningside Heights, Design-Build Renovation

Our Morningside Heights homeowner inherited her property from a family member and wanted to transform it into a compact yet chic pied-a-terre. Having been badly neglected for a number of years, the home was in bad shape and needed Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) prioritized.

The homeowner elected to fully gut the bathroom and kitchen, replace plumbing and electric, and refinish the flooring. The result is a compact space that feels larger due to the balance of fresh paint and bold fixtures and finishes that the homeowner wisely chose to align with the historical language of the building.
