Gut renovation of a 2,200 sq. ft., two bed, two bath triplex, ‘narrow’ townhouse. The main challenge of this project was the design of a new staircase that was practical and easy to use while also being structurally and architecturally feasible. We had the joy of adding a contemporary kitchen, a custom shoe closet, and installing a new HVAC system. Cosmetic changes included new fixtures and windows.
