Partial renovation of a 1,200 sq. ft. two-bed, two-bath Gramercy condo. The project involved opening up and modernizing the kitchen and apartment infrastructure, and updating both bathrooms. An ‘in-place’ renovation gave the apartment a very modern and open look.
