5th Avenue, Design-Build Renovation
This 2,500 sq. ft. co-op on Museum Mile had not been touched in more than 60 years. It required a full gut renovation and significant layout changes to better suit the needs of our homeowners, whose aim was aging-in-place.
Our homeowners had completed a traditional design-bid-build renovation with another contractor in the early aughts, and sought a risk-free, white-glove experience while renovating remotely from upstate New York. Bolster's Design-Build model was perfect for their needs, which included infrastructure updates like electrical and HVAC as well as layout changes.
