Ted Kane

Ted Kane is a licensed New York City architect with over 20 years of experience.

He is dedicated to creating modern solutions calibrated to the needs of each and every homeowner.

With a passion for good design, he seeks solutions that both function well and capture a beauty that improve everyday living. 

Ted specializes in townhouse and apartment gut renovations as well as additions.

His recent projects include the gut renovation of pre-war apartment on the Upper East Side, a Townhouse gut renovation in Brooklyn, and a new construction 3-unit townhouse in a historic landmark district of Brooklyn, NY.  

Prior to establishing his practice, Ted was a designer at Morphosis for 12 years working with Pritzker Prize award-winning architect Thom Mayne on projects in Europe, China and the United States.  

Ted is closely involved on every project and assures that each homeowner receives a personalized focus throughout the Bolster process.
