Jessica Wetters, AIA, LEED-AP, NCARB
Jessica has over 16 years of experience in architecture and construction and has helped design some of New York City's most beautiful homes and residential buildings.
Before going into business on her own, Jessica was a Senior Associate at Handel Architects where she managed the design and construction of some of the firm’s most notable projects including 400 Park Avenue South: a 43-story residential tower in New York City designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Christian de Portzamparc.
Jessica believes passionately in responsible and sustainable design and has been involved with several renowned LEED projects, including the first LEED Gold residential building in greater Boston and the first LEED Platinum mixed-use retail complex in Hangzhou, China.
Jessica received her BFA at the University of Michigan School of Art & Architecture, and MArch at the Rhode Island School of Design and is a LEED accredited registered architect in the states of NY and MA.
Jessica is an avid marathon runner and has ran over 762 miles for a variety of charities (that's a distance equivalent to 24 x the circumference of Manhattan).
