Our Brooklyn Heights homeowners wanted to update the layout of their Henry Street apartment to create a more luxurious space for their family of three. The home was large but very dated with old wallpaper, carpet, flooring, and appliances.

This beautiful apartment, which features sweeping views of Brooklyn and Manhattan, was a full gut renovation and required mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. The custom millwork package is extensive, as are all the handmade details throughout the home. With a fun, colorful design, the apartment makes excellent use of natural light and color.
