We're seeking an experienced and talented Administrator to join the Bolster family.

Role Description

As Administrator, you'll help manage Bolster's proprietary financial and procurement program, and you'll play a key role in the on-time and on-budget delivery of our customer’s major home renovation projects. You'll also be a key player in ensuring the back office runs smoothly. Consider yourself a Swiss Army knife of operations.



Based in New York City, you will work closely with, and receive support from, Bolster’s technology and accounting team to fulfill the following responsibilities for a growing volume of simultaneous projects:

  • Defining and updating financial processes
  • Updating financial systems and actioning billing, payouts and payments
  • Devising and using fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies
  • Discovering profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships
  • Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
  • Managing Bolster's office and administration requirements

Education & Experience

  • 10+ years experience in office, financial or operations management roles
  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent 
  • Well-developed communications, decision making, financial analysis, interpersonal, organizational and team work skills are required
  • Strong ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with owners and other project stakeholders
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel
